Do you ever see on movies or shows, where the scene cuts into a 'flash back'? Do you hear people speaking of flash backs? I used to wonder what a true flash back was, until now, I understand it. I opened the fridge and casually poured some fruit punch into a mug. I took a sip, and thought, this is very familiar. I closed my eyes for a moment, a MOMENT, and could almost feel myself in my kindergarten classroom sipping from my pink and white thermos, the same taste, the same smell of this beverage.  It was a strange, amazing, yet simple memory that coursed through my brain. We've all felt grief during one time or another, whether it be from heartbreak or the death of a loved one.
